main activity is the roast bullock.
We choose the best animal from the others, after
slaughtering we spirt the picklein in it. After this it
has be taken in the cold-storage room. The team is arriving to
the party's place minimun 12 hours before serving.. And
first of all we take the bullock on the broach, and make
fire under it. This is a traditional Hungaryan food.
When it is ready its taste and fragance is unique.......
for garnish we serving potato, salad and bread.
